NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)

Real and lasting changes are possible with NLP. NLP can lead to a happy, productive, fulfilling and creative life.

What is NLP?

NLP was created in the mid-1970s by Dr. Richard Bandler, a mathematician, and John Grinder, a linguist. It started as a research project studying the way human beings store and process thoughts to better understand how we communicate with others. Through their studies, they developed a process called "modeling" which is how most NLP research was conducted. They studied and modeled some of the greatest geniuses of their time including Dr. Milton Erickson, profound Hypnotherapist, Virginia Satir, world-renowned family therapist and Fritz Pearls, founder of Gestalt Therapy.

Real and lasting changes are possible with NLP.

With the help of NLP, people can come to know a happy, productive, fulfilling and creative life.

What Can NLP Achieve?

NLP allows an individual to change, adopt, or eliminate behaviors (as desired), and to choose mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being. With NLP, one learns how to grow from every single life experience; this increases one's ability to achieve and sustain a better quality of life, both personally and professionally. NLP is directly applicable to a diverse spectrum of fields such as communications, business, sales, education, and therapy.

The One Command

What is The One Command®?

The One Command ® is a process that allows you to tap into a greater intelligence that is yours. It allows you to activate innate but dormant abilities to manifest new realities for you - ones of happiness and satisfaction with joy and compassion. The One Command® is a simple and easy process which begins by identifying what you don't want, then identifying what you do want, and commanding to receive your new choice. It can be used in all areas of your life, including:

How The One Command® works

In her book, The One Command, Asara Lovejoy teaches six easy steps that help people make quality changes in their lives. Each of us was born with a pure, beautiful blueprint. Over time, we form beliefs that act as self-imposed boundaries around what we think we can or cannot be or do. Working with The One Command® enhances a better understanding of how we think and act in our "humanness." The process helps dissolve blockages and wrong thinking and nourishes the potential for success, health, wealth, and happiness.

As a practitioner, Pam does not solve your problems or provide answers during your One Command sessions. She simply guides you as you create a sacred space where self-imposed limitations are dissolved and your blueprint for success has space to emerge. Together, you'll identify beliefs and programs that no longer serve you.

In addition to being a certified practitioner, Pam also facilitates The Commanding Wealth Circles ®. During The Commanding Wealth Circles ®, receive guidance, provide
mutual support, and employ group energy as they practice The One Command ®

Pam traveled to Carlsbad, CA to earn her One Command practitioner's certification from the co-founder of The One Command ®, Kathryn Perry. She then completed further studies under Katie Garnett, Ph.D., in Arizona and earned her certification as a Commanding Wealth Circle facilitator.

NOTE: While The One Command has produced remarkable results, the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. The One Command is not medicine or medical treatment or therapy of any kind and no representation is being made as to that result. Pam has The One Command practitioner certification.

EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique)

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a personal performance tool designed to address a wide range of negative emotions that compromise people's lives, productivity, relationships, opportunities, and happiness. EFT has ancient roots in the Chinese study of the body's subtle energies. Modern pioneers like Dr. George Goodheart, Dr. John Diamond, Dr. Roger Callahan, and Gary H. Craig have refined the work begun 5000 years ago by Chinese healers.

How Does EFT Work?

EFT is a cousin of acupuncture and acupressure. It goes beyond these therapies in that it verbally targets specific negative emotions in a streamlined, orderly process while targeting the body's energy meridian points. Using EFT, the practitioner can clear disruption in, and restore balance to, the body's energy system. EFT is like "emotional acupuncture without needles."

EFT departs from the traditional therapeutic approach of "treating the memory" by asking the client to repeatedly relive it. EFT respects the memory, but addresses the true cause of the negative emotion: a self-perpetuating disruption in the body's energy system. The consequence of a painful life experience is an energy disruption; negative emotions are the reaction to this disruption. The good news is:

Pam will identify the origin of the pain that caused the energy disruption and understand the specific negative emotions that the client experiences in reaction to the disruption's self-perpetuating "static." A negative emotion is like a tripped circuit breaker that compromises your ability to cope. EFT is a rapid, effective way of resetting the breaker. Removing the negative emotional component from a memory, event, or situation results in a profound and pleasant effect on attitude, perception, relationships, and overall health.

What actually happens in an EFT session?

EFT involves briefly discussing the original problem that triggered by the body's energy disruption and the negative emotions experienced in reaction to it. The practitioner then taps on the body's energy meridian points in an orderly manner while verbally addressing the negative emotions while the client repeats directed statements. During this process, additional simple techniques are employed to activate and balance the right and left sides of the brain. At first, this seems to be the strangest part of the process. This sense of strangeness disperses quickly when the overall process gets results. Click here to see Client Testimonials.
